The annual congress of the German Diabetes Organisation in Berlin from 8-11 May 2024 (Diabetes Kongress DDG) is a scientific and clinical congress that usually has appr. 6,500 participants. For 2024, DDG plans scientific and clinical exchange with Denmark. Abstract submissions from Danish researchers are therefore encouraged.

The motto of the DDG 2024 is: “Diabetes, environment, live. Perspectives of diabetes from all angles”. Topics of the congress are: basic science in diabetology, clinical diabetology, diabetes prevention, digitalization, careers in basic and clinical diabetology, public health aspects, psychological aspects and patient views.
