The DDEA aims to establish partnerships and collaborations with national and international researchers, research centres and departments, and research academies across sectors and research fields to leverage their respective research strengths.

These partnerships will foster joint research initiatives, knowledge exchange through educational activities, and academic collaboration in the field of diabetes, metabolism and endocrinology in particular for early career researchers leading to potential significant advancements in scientific understanding and clinical practices.
