The Kiel Microbiome Club, a newly launched international networking platform for early-career researchers in microbiome-related fields, based at Kiel University and University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein/Germany, is organizing their first online event, Microbiome Lightning Talks — ECR Spotlight.

Their goal is to:

• Foster international exchange among early-career microbiome researchers
• Provide a low-threshold platform to present ongoing work
• Build a sustainable and globally connected ECR microbiome community

The event will feature six short presentations (5 minutes each) covering experimental, computational, clinical, and multi-omics approaches.

Target Audience

This session is dedicated to PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and early-stage group leaders working in microbiome-related research.
