North European Young Diabetologists (NEYD) has a strong tradition of bringing together exceptional early-career researchers from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Denmark for an interactive and engaging 3-day annual meeting. The meeting provides a unique setting for participants to present and discuss their research in a collaborative and intimate environment, distinct from larger international diabetes conferences. It fosters networking and collaboration opportunities with both peers and senior established experts in the field of diabetes research.
When and where: May 27 – 29, 2026 at Comwell Køge Strand, Køge, Denmark
How to apply: Early-career researchers from research groups in Denmark are encouraged to submit abstracts relevant to diabetes and metabolism research. Abstracts will be selected based on scientific quality.

Abastract deadline: Sunday, February 22nd, 2026 (24:00 h).
Submit your abstract via email to: neyddenmark@gmail.com. Please include your name, email, phone, position, and workplace. Submit your abstract in Word format.
Finances: The meeting is supported by the Danish Diabetes and Endocrine Academy and Novo Nordisk Denmark A/S. There is no participation fee. To support the on-site format of the meeting, accommodation at Comwell Køge Strand is available at a reduced cost of 250 euros, which participants cover themselves and pay via NEYD.
