Center for Clinical Metabolic Research invites you to join their symposium on the novel LEAP2 peptide.
LEAP2 has been identified as an antagonist of the hunger hormone ghrelin and is thus expected to play an important yet fairly undiscovered role in the regulation of appetite and metabolism. The symposium features presentations on regulation of LEAP2, method of measurement, and clinical studies.
International guest speaker, Tony Goldstone, MD PhD and Associate Professor in Psycho Neuro Endocrinology at the Division of Psychiatry, Department of Brain Sciences, Imperial College London, will elaborate on actions of LEAP2 in regulation of human eating behaviour and food cue reactivity from functional neuroimaging studies.
The symposium is public and free to attend. No preregistration needed, you can simply show up and enjoy the presentations and discussions.
27 October, 2023 from 14-17
Novo Nordisk Fonden, Tuborg Havnevej 19, 2900 Hellerup
