Harvard Medical School’s Joseph B. Martin Conference Center will host the in-person 2025 International Joslin Symposium — a collaboration between Joslin Diabetes Center, Steno Diabetes Center, and the Banting & Best Diabetes Centre — bringing together leading academic researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to explore the latest breakthroughs in metabolic disease therapies.

The scientific agenda features:

• Renowned keynote speakers from leading research centres and industry.
• Breakout sessions diving into organ-chip models, microbial signaling, novel endocrine pathways, and bioengineered cell therapies.

Call for Abstracts Now Open

The organisers invite abstract submissions (link only works with Google Chrome) for poster presentations from academic laboratories, clinical units, and all levels of industry.

Posters should focus on the biology, management, and treatment of diabetic lower extremity complications, including novel therapeutic strategies. A scientific committee will review all abstracts, and the top three submissions will be selected for oral presentation during the symposium. Prizes will be awarded to the best poster.
