The 59th Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes will take place in Hamburg, Germany, on 2-6 October 2023.
Join us for dinner! The DDEA and the German Center for Diabetes Research, DZD, will host a networking dinner on Wednesday, 4 October 2023. PhD students and postdocs from Danish research institutions are welcome to sign up now! Participation is free of charge. Approximately 30 seats are available. Specific time and location will be announced soon.
Stop by for a chat! The DDEA will be present at the conference in the Industry Village with a booth together with the German Center for Diabetes Research, DZD.
The aims of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes’ Annual Meeting are to “encourage and support research in the field of diabetes, the rapid diffusion of the acquired knowledge and to facilitate its application.”
The DDEA and the DZD will host a joint networking dinner for early-career researchers from Danish and German research institutions. A preliminary programme will be available soon.
The DDEA will be present at the EASD Annual Meeting to highlight the research presented by scientists from Danish research institutions and encourage networking and collaborations between researchers from Danish research institutions and those from abroad.
The DDA & DZD networking dinner is intended for early-career researchers from Danish and German research institutions.
The DDEA warmly welcomes everyone who would like to stop by our booth for a chat during the conference days.
Travel expenses and accommodation is at the participants’ own expense.

Please note that it is free of charge to participate in the networking event, however, should you miss the dinner, after signing up for it, the DDEA will charge a no-show fee of 1000 DKK.
