How to ensure successful relationships in the long run
Why should you learn to negotiate?
We negotiate all the time, consciously or unconsciously, and we need to find results that ensure long-term solutions where everyone wins. Whether it is with peers, PIs, students, or staff members, the path to a great negotiation should build positive relations.
In this course, participants will learn tools and approaches to help them achieve such relations. You will uncover different options to create a win-win situation and learn about the effects of behaviour and body language.

Negotiations should result in everyone leaving the table happy and motivated to continue a collaboration. Typically, cooperating with others allows you to be more successful than working on your own.
This course will give you the tools and help you prepare for negotiations and communicate effectively and charismatically in a way that creates an impact and facilitates long-term partnerships.
