What makes a great leader? Which skills are essential for leadership, and how can you actively improve them to meet the challenges of your role? How do you effectively balance leading people and projects while nurturing your own professional growth?
Leadership skills are essential for the further career path of postdocs, no matter if they stay in academia or move on to other professions. These skills can be acquired and developed, but traditionally they are not taught in academic settings. With this workshop, we aim to fill that gap.
In this course, postdocs will acquire a solid foundation for any leadership position in their next career phase. One of the main benefits for both postdocs and their groups is the immediate applicability of the tools taught here. We are convinced that it will result in fewer conflicts and more results.

Our workshops are delivered by an international team of trainers, the majority of whom are scientists themselves.
