Over three days this summit will update you in the latest research within cardiometabolism – from genetics and hormones to clinical cardiology and prevention.
The Summit explores mechanisms, shares data and trends and is designed to foster meaningful connections and collaborations. With student masterclasses, posters, keynotes, and walk-and-talks we spark new ideas and collaborations.
This is where basic and clinical science meet – and where people connect behind the research.
Join colleagues, build collaborations, and strengthen your network in the cardiometabolic research field.
The Danish Cardiovascular Academy, Danish Diabetes and Endrocine Academy, Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus and Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen welcome you to a summit with science, debate and networking.
The aim of the Cardiometabolic Research Summit is to provide extensive insights into a number of translational cardiometabolic aspects with:
The overall themes at the 2026 event are genetics and cardiometabolic changes during the development and transition phases of life. The summit will be covering translational aspects in the interface between cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
