This week, we are present at the EASD 2022 in Stockholm. We share a booth with DZD, with whom we also held a joint networking event on 21 September – a Danish-German Diabetes Research Evening.

Sunday is the first day of this year’s Postdoc Summit (formerly the DDA Winter School). We are very much looking forward to a six-day gathering of strengthening the diabetes and metabolism research community at a postdoc level. And we cannot wait to see what the participants come up with for this year’s postdoc challenge!

DDA Visiting Professor David Beran and his collaborators at Steno Diabetes Center Odense has organised a national expert workshop and an online meeting, both focusing on Danish data on type 1 diabetes, and how lessons learned can act as a roadmap for improving knowledge globally.
