Happy New Year!
As a completely new initiative in the DDA, I am thrilled to announce the launch of a new, intensive programme for the future research leaders in diabetes. We have teamed up with the Cambridge-based Researcher Development Partnership to create a bespoke, practical and inspiring research leadership programme that will support two cohorts of postdocs and PhD students over an 18-month period. The programme opens for applications 3 February with deadline 29 February 2020.
Other highly recommended events are the big data & artificial intelligence event in Copenhagen, where the state-of-the-art data methodologies in diabetes and other health areas within big data and artificial intelligence will be discussed, and the hands-on workshop in Aalborg on nerve fibre damage in diabetes, which will address the state-of-art knowledge about small nerve fibre assessment.
Lastly, I would like to encourage you to browse our website to read about all of our upcoming educational, networking and grant activities.
Regards,
Tore Christiansen
