This November, we are opening the doors for all who are interested in networking and learning about circadian rhythms!
At this half-day networking event, we will be covering the interface between neuroscience and endocrinology when we welcome renowned international speakers and participants.
During this half-day networking event, you will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with other like-minded researchers.
The day will start with a networking lunch and will continue with three scientific sessions where we will dive into:

We will end the day with a poster session and networking, where you will have the opportunity to present a poster for your fellow participants and discuss your research with experts in the field.
We aim to foster an environment, where we can initiate and facilitate collaboration across disciplines. An environment, where you leave the day having gained inspiration for new projects and feel empowered to reach out to new collaborators.

This networking event is intended for early-career researchers and senior researchers working with or who has an interest in circadian rhythms.
The event is open for all, but please note that those who submitted an abstract for the poster session will be prioritized in case of an overbooked event.
Dinner registration
The day will end with a reception dinner during the poster session. Participation in the dinner is free of charge. Please sign up for the dinner upon registration, and indicate whether you have any dietary requirements.
Latest cancellation date & no-show fee
Please note that it is free of charge to participate in the event however the DDEA will charge a no-show fee of 1000 DKK if you do not show up and have not unregistered from the event by 5 November, except in the case of illness or emergencies.

The abstract should be max 1500 characters incl. spaces and written in Arial 10.
The body of the abstract contains the following content: background and aim, rationale, methods, results (if obtained to-date), conclusion (and perspectives)

Please proofread carefully before submission and submit a Word file and please name the file that you submit with your name.
Size of poster: A0 or A1 – width max. 1 m/height max. 1.25 m (“Portrait format” is visually preferred)
